Leona's Lasagne
1 lb. hamburger (extra lean)
1 small chopped white onion
1 small jar of sliced mushrooms drained
1 jar Ragu Chunky Garden Combo
6 lasagne noodles
1 medium Daisy Cottage Cheese
1 lb. mozarella cheese
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and mushrooms. Allow to boil for a few minutes then simmer for 15 minutes. Boil and drain noodles. Run cold water over noodles so they don't stick together. Drain again. *Lightly grease or butter bottom of baking pan.
Layer in pan (make 2 layers like this):
Noodles
Meat Sauce
Cottage Cheese
Mozarella Cheese
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with Italian bread topped with melted butter and garlic powder.
