Italian Meatballs

Great for spaghetti sauce and sandwiches!

3/4 lb. ground beef (I use 85%)

1/4 lb. ground pork

1 cup fine bread crumbs (ok to substitute with Italian bread crumbs)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp. minced parsley

1 clove garlic (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)

1/2 cup milk

2 eggs beaten

3/4 tsp salt (ok to omit as bread crumbs have salt)

1/8 tsp. black pepper

*Mix all ingredients together by hand in a large mixing bowl. Shape into 1" balls. Bake in GLASS baking dish coated with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and turn, bake for another 20 minutes and turn and finally 15 minutes. Ok to freeze for future use.
