Sausage Pesto Pizza
1. Make 2 ingredient pizza dough
2. Spread dough in pizza pan
3. 3 Tbsp Barilla Pesto with sundried tomatoes
4. Crumbled Jimmy Dean Sausage (already cooked)
5. 1/2 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
6. Sliced mushrooms
7. Sprinkling of oregano
8. Sprinking of basil
Put a light layer of Crisco on pizza pan and dust with corn meal.
Place pizza dough on pan. Pierce dough with fork to avoid air pockets.
Spread pizza crust to pan edges
Evenly spread Barilla Pesto.
Add sausage and top with mozzarella and mushroom. Add a little more mozzarella to the top.
Sprinkle with oregano and and basil.
Rub olive oil on crust edge before baking.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or so until crust and cheese is lightly golden brown.
