Easy and Fast Baked Potato

1. Rinse potato with cold water; leave skin on

2. Cut potato in half lengthwise (you can make multiple potatoes at once)

3. Rub potato with olive oil

4. Sprinke with a little salt (ok to use no salt)

5. Place potatoes skin side down on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. (You can cut a design on the potato that will be visible after baking)

6. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is soft. You can test the potato by piercing with a fork. 

7. Serve with sour cream or ketchup or whatever you enjoy on your baked potato!
