Baked Mahi Mahi and more!



1. Rinse fish (you can use fresh salmon, mahi mahi, tilapia and more!)

2. Pat Dry

3. Place in shallow baking dish lined with aluminum foil

4. In microwave, melt a few tablespoons of butter

5. Add garlic powder (amount to your liking) to melted butter; mix thoroughly

6. Drizzle half of butter/garlic over fish; sprinkle with parsley, oregano, basil and black pepper

7. Place in oven at 400 degrees for about 16 minutes or until fish easily flakes

8. Drizzle remaining butter/garlic over fish and serve. *Also top with a squeeze of lemon if you like
