Baked Turkey
1. Keep turkey frozen until ready to use
2. Thaw in refrigerator for 3-4 days, turning it once per day
3. Wash turkey and dry with paper towel
4. Put a little salt, celery spears and onion in cavity
5. Tie wings to body
6. Cook whole turkey at 325 degrees until your meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the thigh reaches a minimum internal temperature of 180 degrees. Approximately 20 minutes per pound. Oven temperatures may vary. Juices will run clear when thoroughly baked.
7. Chill leftovers promptly
